RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Hassle Free Exchange & Return Policy
At Attires Studio, we believe in ultimate customer satisfaction and provide a hassle free exchange and return policy. We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always exchange or return items if they are defective, damaged or even you don’t like it.
Kindly note the following:
o Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the item.
o To complete your exchange or return, we require an invoice of purchase or simply order details such as your name on order or invoice number.
o To be eligible for exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received
it. It must also be in the original packaging.
o Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
o Customers must return the item to our address by traceable delivery, such as courier or registered mail.
o After we receive the item, you will receive an exchange or refund within 3 business days.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will gladly issue a refund or process an exchange maximum within a week of receiving the returned goods.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached for a return to be acceptable.
